Horoscopes represent 12
blocks of stars that appear in the sky. These star blocks surround the Earth at
30 degree angles. In astrology, the rising sign is as important as one's own
sign. The rising sign is a group of stars rising from the eastern horizon line
at the time and place of your birth due to the return of the Earth. To
calculate a person's rising sign, birth date, time, exact birthplace
information is required. While one sign is rising from the east, another sign is
descending from the western horizon. This sign, which balances some of the
features of the rising sign, is called a descending sign.

derecelik açılarla Dünyanın etrafını sarar. Astrolojide yükselen burç, kişinin
kendi burcu kadar önemlidir. Yükselen burç, Dünyanın dönüşü sebebiyle,
doğduğunuz zamanda ve yerde doğu ufuk çizgisinden yükselmekte olan yıldız
grubudur. Bir kişinin yükselen burcunu hesaplayabilmek için doğum tarihi,
saati, tam olarak doğum yeri bilgileri gereklidir. Bir burç doğudan
yükselirken, bir başka burç da batı ufkundan alçalmaktadır. Yükselen burcun
bazı özelliklerini dengeleyen bu burca alçalan burç denir.
